In this one I’m talking about the 3 phases that can help you put things back together after you’ve reached your rock-bottom or feel truly burned out and exhausted. Burnout is no fun, but even when you’re feeling low, there are ways to keep moving forward.
In this episode I specifically address the 3 phases of personal recovery:
- Being Gentle with Ourselves
- Reevaluating Things
- Restructuring
When we’re proactive and make sure we move through each of these phases, we set ourselves up for a more sustainable life that leads us to being happier and healthier humans.
I pose a few questions in this episode. If you want to come back and reflect, they include:
- When was the last time you did something for the pure enjoyment of it?
- How did I get here?
- What is out of balance in my life?
- What needs to change?
